HR representative can really help
Hi friends Raj here with another story of a slightly older fuck. It was just after my first project in 3rd company almost 3-4 years back. It was in Europe (I had not enjoyed the weather and the project) and one of the costliest and busiest capitals in Europe. I had not got much chances to fuck and was frustrated with the team, the Senior Manager and our sales guys who had promised the sun the moon the stars and universe in just 2 months. I had been irritated by the typical high handed European behavior as well as the new policy for allowances on site which was the pits and the Senior Manager behaved like a kanjoos makhichoos saying 10 USD per month for phones and 10 for internet. After some harsh talk and withdrawal threats we had sorted all that and in the end customer gave some nasty remarks and we lost patience and gave some back and left in a huff. Well there I was back in office and facing court martial as usual for a lost account and insubordination towards a GM grade manager and VP :-) well I had earned the nick name of fighter and even union leader. after an afternoon session lasting 4 hrs where all sorts of accusations and my fact based fight back which left everyone irritated but with no chance to kick me. So the management relieved their ire by calling me insubordinate and saying that I am very immature and short tempered for calling fools as fools ;) well it was not so funny and my temper was so short I told mu Bosses that they can say whatever they want but every decision every action and every recommendation I made was accepted and the team worked with me more than they did with the management and they like me not fear me. I stormed out. I was in a foul mood and I threw the pad violently it bounced and I just cursed loudly and picked it up kicked the chair to the corner and stormed out into the corridor. The HR gal second name Carvalho was standing there. She smiled at me I just walked past her curtly she just moved out of the way her smile fading at my tight and furious hard expression. Let me tell u how I look 6 ft tall well built strong and wide chest and arms with a unsmiling tuff look and a full moustache which saves me from looking totally rough. I smile a lot but my smile when it leaves makes me very tough and rough looking which makes most people unsettled. Well I was in no mood to think about niceties and I went away. I washed my face then came out had a tea then went and had a couple of glasses of water and then checked my watch o god it was already 7 pm. I went back and started to check my mails after 15 mts I had seen and replied for all relevant mails and started to shut down. I packed my laptop away and was ready to leave. When I turned and saw Carvalho standing there looking all upset and slightly red eyed. I was surprised normally she is very cheerful. I asked what happened. She just looked at me and said well y u ask me now? U looked at me with such anger and hate now u ask me? I was taken aback when? What are u talking about. Just 45 mts back when u stormed past me. I was like really amazed then I started laughing. I said u need talking to gal. I took her elbow and took her to the cabin of one of the senior managers I had seen him leave. It was Friday and things seemed deserted at 7.20 pm. I then explained about all the fight and all the accusations and all the dialogues I made and so on. she looked at me open mouthed I said ok u may also think I am a fool and not professional or immature because I think more about people and integrity and self esteem and pride as an Indian and so on instead of money promotions and incentives. Well maybe I am a fool but I cannot help I can’t be so selfish and unconcerned and kill my team and beg for a few penny to some white asshole. I don’t care if I don’t get star rating but I would like to be called a professional and a leader and more over a decent human. She smiled and said we all think you are a leader and a decent human Raj but u should be careful when u fight senior management. what fun is it yaar if u fight juniors I smiled. I am sick of the hypocrisy where from our great CEO every one talks about human relations and pride and employee welfare and so on and end with crapping all over employees. do u know we made the co about 2 million and total cost including salary is just 400000 but what hikes we get? just 5-10 percent. why because management get incentive and ceo gets his profit after all he is the investor right while we get him his 40% return to make him billionaire we lose eye sight our health and get crapped upon for even a 5% hike cool man she said and she just got up and came behind me and started massaging my neck and head. well I just relaxed and leaned back and her soft boobs was brushing my head and neck. I just relaxed and smelled her perfume and closed my eyes and leaned sideways to rest my cheek against her soft big boobs. Let me describe Carvalho. She is 5 ft 9 inch tall and I have always seen her boobs as big under her tight sleeveless blouse or t shirt or churidar or shirt. She also has ample butt and a slim waist I guessed her always at 36-27-38 later I found I was correct when I asked her ;) I sighed and nuzzled against her boobs. She put her arms around my neck and held me against her. well we never had any relation we had talked joked and had a typical relation of HR to a junior manager. but I had been onboard just 4 months and spend 2.5 months onsite so there was no relation building chance. Later I found that she had a break up with boy friend and she was in emotional turmoil when my emotions and decency touched her and she wanted just plain comfort with no strings. Well I opened my eyes and got up from chair and looked at her. She looked at me I just hugged her to me and lifted her face and kissed her lips. I just said Carvalho I want you. She just blushed and I just kissed her again. It was 7.
