Life Of Anna
Anna had never failed in any subject, till now. As she walked down the hallway, thoughts were racing through her mind on how she would face her mom. She could imagine those loud fierce words that she’d have to endure soon. She felt miserable, like a total failure, and kept on imagining how she could have been better as she dragged her feet towards the computer lab to find her best friend. She wanted a shoulder to cry on, someone to reassure her that she isn’t a complete failure. As she pushed open the door to the lab, she could hear voices emanating from the back room storage area. Quietly, she strode across the room to confirm her suspicions – and just as she suspected, it was Sharon – her best friend, and she was fucking Ryan from the other class. Carefully, she peeped into the room without making a single sound. And she could see Sharon sitting on top a desk on the far corner, her skirt raised up and panties at the edge of one leg, with her legs raised up and spread wide apart, and her shirt unbuttoned just enough to free her boobs, while Ryan was in front of her, with just his pant dropped down. Anna watched in awe as Ryan was pounded, Sharon. Judging by the looks, Anna understood that this has been happening quite a long time now. She never knew about Sharon and Ryan till now. And as she stood there, listening to Sharon begging like a slut to go faster and faster, Anna’s mind started filling with anger, followed by sadness. She stormed out, slamming the lab door behind her, making sure that they would hear it, and made her way to her class. Tears were flowing down her cheek, as she felt how much of a failure she was – no relationship, not good in her studies, and not even a good friend. She went back home, informed her mom about the grades, and ignored everything that came later as she cried herself to sleep. She woke up late the next day. It was a Saturday. She put on her dorky glasses and dragged her feat to the dining table and sat down for breakfast. It was then that Adele, her mom, broke her silence to inform Anna that she has arranged for tutoring lessons at Katherine’s place, Adele’s best friend. Her friend’s son, Edward, Ed, was a college senior – a prodigy according to Anna’s mom, and someone Anna despised due to fact that she was always compared with him when it came to studies – Ed this, Ed that, how Ed is the best student in his class. And the fact that Adele informed them about how she failed in a subject made her more infuriated. At around 3 pm, with no other choice, she walked towards Katherine’s house, which was nearby. Anna felt embarrassed at the fact that she had to come here of all places to study physics, and that Ed would be tutoring her. Katherine was outside, and on seeing Anna greeted her with a wide smile. She took her inside and guided her to a study room. In a minute or so, Ed came to the study and greeted Anna with a pleasant wide smile on his face. Ed was a tall slim dark colored guy – this was the first time Anna was noticing how tall he was. He sat beside her and started going through the contents of the textbook. He then started talking how his Physics teacher in high school was a total jerk, and started telling jokes and other stuff that happened during his school days. He had a certain charm, something that made him very attractive to Anna, and soon enough, Anna was laughing as they went through the first few pages of her portions. As Anna walked back to home, all she could think of was how funny and charming Ed was, and she just wanted more of it. As Ed had classes only till lunch, Anna’s tutoring classes where kept at 3pm daily, right after her school. She would come directly to Katherine’s, finish her class, and then head back home. What started with Physics soon became all of Anna’s school subjects. Soon, Ed was more of a best friend to Anna, and she confided every thing in him. Ed also reciprocated, talking about all his life experiences, his relationships and such. They became closer with each passing day. During her exams, Anna’s grandmother had passed away, and her parents had to leave in short notice. Because of this, Anna was asked to stay at Katherine’s which she readily agreed. It was also Anna’s 18th birthday during this time, and Ed decided make it special for her. On her birthday, at midnight Ed tiptoed to the room in which Anna was sleeping, and called her up on her phone. As she opened her room, she saw Ed standing on there with a small chocolate cake with one candle on his right hand, and a bottle of vodka and two glasses on the other. What’s an 18th birthday without alcohol was his explanation. Anna was ecstatic beyond measure as this was the first time someone had given her such a surprise. As Anna sat on the bed and gleefully cut the cake, Ed poured a carefully measured quantity of vodka into both the glasses. Being her first time trying alcohol, she just gulped it down in one sip, immediately realising the grave mistake she had just committed. Within seconds, she jumped out of bed and ran into the bathroom, and gulped down water directly from the tap to ease the burning sensation, as Ed watched on trying hard not to laugh. As time went by, both of them were down three glasses of vodka, talking merrily about various random stuff. All of a sudden, Ed got up and opened the door, took a small packet which he had placed outside the door earlier, and handed the badly gift-wrapped present to Anna. Anna curiously unwrapped her birthday present, to find a black hoodie inside. Surprised and literally jumping with joy, she pounced on to Ed and started kissing him, wrapping her hands around his neck in the process, which made him fall onto the bed. Anna was lying on top of him, kissing him wildly as Ed lay there trying to understand what hell just happened. Even though taken by surprise at first, Ed embraced Anna, and they started kissing each other with the highest passion.
